To support our mission to create games that are played by as many people as possible that are remembered forever, the Spark program allows us to find and form the best teams to make the best new games. Spark is a 16-week journey targeting a team greenlight: an opportunity to become founders of Supercell’s next new game team (and be hired by Supercell!).

The Spark journey gives top-tier, founder-minded game devs – whether they already work at Supercell or not – access to an expert-led, accelerated path to creating the best possible game with the support of a world-renowned performance coach. Greenlit teams get Supercell's full resources behind them, allowing them to focus on making their vision come true.

The journey can be joined solo or with a crew – Spark has two tracks, one for individuals and incomplete teams (Team Lab), and another for complete teams with a ready idea (Catalyst).

We have filled the program for 2025, but will be looking for more founder types soon!
